Summer 2008 Customer Letter

Dear Customers,

Summer is upon us, which means finals and indoors are just around the bend.

Tables at Medal Finals: There will be seats again this year for CPHA and Maclay finals so let me know as soon as possible if you would like seats and how many so we can order them and get enough tables. Seats can be paid for in the show office for the ASPCA but not for CPHA so please remember to leave your checks in the envelope at the barn when you sign up. We will also need checks for Maclay Regionals for $100 made out to The National Horse Show.

Amanda is doing great, thanks to everyone for their help and support. The doctors believe she will be as good as new in a couple more weeks.

No BBQ, Happy 4th! We’re not going to be doing a barbecue in July this year as our bartender Fred is away that weekend. There are lessons these three weeks with the exception of the 3rd, 4th, and morning of the 5th as Karen will be away those days. Melissa and Kasey will be here over those days.

Schedules: Please also make sure I know your show schedules for the rest of the summer at least. Very few of you have filled them out so please do them as soon as possible.

Upcoming Ads: We plan to run ads in various publications throughout the rest of the year. If you would like to run an ad of your own, contact Melissa or you can also contact EquestriSol. They will handle all the details including gathering photo(s) designing the ad in our ‘look’ and submitting to the publication. DEPOSITS: With the large number of horses going to the shows the cash outlay is huge so please make sure you get your deposits in for every show on time and that your bills are paid in a timely matter with KHS and with all of the shoers, vets etc. We are unable to carry accounts that remain above $10,000 and/or are 60 days past due. This will require no showing till the account is paid in full. Many people have ignored doing their deposits and it makes life difficult for everyone. Please when you plan which shows you are going to, do your deposits at the same time. They can be sent to Carlye, given to Melissa, or put in the envelope at the barn or at the shows.
